Required Inspections

Customer service inspection – A customer service inspection (“CSI”) shall be required when a change of occupant(s) takes place following a period exceeding 2 years of occupancy by prior occupant.
Rental inspection – The landlord needs to register all rental property and get a Rental inspection before tenants move in.
