The Financial Officer oversees all City Finances. They also are required to undertake special projects and other assignments and duties as needed. They perform accounting, auditing, collections, payroll, grants, budget, and duties for billings and payments, including assisting in the preparation of budget. They conduct researches and prepare summary documents. They also prepare letters and applications for funding and grants. They assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
