Utility Bill Payment for water, sewer, and solid waste are accepted by the following methods:

Pay your bill ONLINE

Register to view your utility account online, set up bill notifications, sign up for credit card autopay.

Credit card/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) convenience fee of 3.5%

E-Check Auto Draft

Automatic Draft is on the 10th of each month. Complete and return the form to City Hall or email to cityclerk@cottonwoodshores.org

Drop Slot

A drop slot is located next to the entrance at City Hall.

Checks or money orders ONLY. Please do not put cash in the drop box.

Walk in

City Hall is open Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Checks, money orders, cash, credit card/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) are accepted.
