Utility Billing Customer Portal

The utility billing customer portal is now available!

Register to view your account history, utility bills and more.

Step-by-step instructions to set up an account:

• Click on “Pay Bill” on the City’s homepage
• Select Log in (in the upper right corner)
• Choose “Sign up” under the Login button
• Enter email address and create a password
• Type in “Cottonwood Shores”
• Once logged in, enter your Utility account (multiple accounts can be added)
• Click continue
