Civic Center

You are cordially invited to hold your party or event at City of Cottonwood Shores Civic Center.

  • The center is available to all citizens of the City of Cottonwood Shores as well as the general public.
  • The facility is located at 4111 Cottonwood Drive; Cottonwood Shores, Texas.
  • The center is heated and cooled for that special event such as family reunions, bridal or baby showers, birthday parties, corporate event, training classes or any type of meeting in general.
  • There facility has a small kitchenette (Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Pot) for use as well.
  • There are a few tables and chairs available.
  • Community Park is located just outside of the center that has a few things for the kids to do.
  • The PAVILION, just outside of the Civic Center is a pavilion that is free to the public at no charge. It is on a first-come basis. No application is required for the pavilion.
  • NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CIVIC CENTER OR OUTSIDE WITHIN THE PARK.

Fees

  • Resident rental fee $150.00 per day, plus a $150.00 deposit.
  • Non-resident rental fee $200.00 per day, plus a $150.00 deposit.

Reservations

An application for civic center facility use is required, as well as a security deposit. You will need to email or call the City of Cottonwood Shores for availability.
